Many Western ranches carry more value beneath the surface than above it. We evaluate each acquisition for mineral, precious metal, and rare-earth potential, then pursue development only where it protects the land, respects the watershed, and returns real value to the operation.

Before any ground is disturbed, we review historical claims, geologic surveys, sampling data, and water tables. We partner with independent geologists and engineers to confirm what is there and what it will take to extract responsibly.

Mining on ranch land demands more than a claim. We navigate federal, state, and county permits, environmental review, bonding, and reclamation plans before moving equipment onto the property.

Where possible, we favor methods that minimize surface disturbance and protect grazing, wildlife, and water. The ranch operation continues around the project, so extraction must fit the working landscape.

Every project includes a funded reclamation plan. Disturbed ground is restored to stable pasture, native range, or wildlife habitat, and water is monitored long after the work is done.
