Guided Hunting

A small number of private-land hunts each season, on ground that is managed for wildlife the rest of the year.

We hold hunter numbers far below what our acreage could carry. Habitat work, water development, and grazing rest are done with game in mind, and the result is mature animals on quiet country — a hunt measured by the days afield rather than by how fast a tag gets filled.

01

Species and seasons

Elk, mule deer, whitetail, and antelope across our western ranches, with archery, muzzleloader, and rifle windows. Predator and upland opportunities are available to guests already in camp.

02

Guides who know the ground

Hunts are led by guides who work these ranches year-round — the same people moving cattle through the drainages in July. One-on-one or two-on-one, spot and stalk, glassing from horseback, or sitting water depending on the season.

03

Camp and lodging

Guests stay on the ranch in lodge or cabin quarters with meals from the ranch kitchen, much of it our own beef. Wall tent camps are available on the high units for hunters who want to stay put.

04

Licensing and game care

We help with draw applications, landowner vouchers, and unit selection well ahead of the season, and we handle field care, transport, processing, and taxidermy coordination after the shot.
